Job Description
We are searching for a dynamic and proactiveWarehouse Assistant Manager to play a key role in leading our warehouse operations and supporting our mission to deliver luxury fragrances to customers with precision and care. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager you will not only supervise daily operations but also help refine processes motivate the team and contribute directly to Scentiment s goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily warehouse operations including receiving picking packing and shipping.
- Train supervise and motivate warehouse staff ensuring they perform effectively and deliver exceptional results.
- Implement and refine warehouse processes and procedures to increase operational accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure customer orders are fulfilled without error.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to identify challenges pinpoint solutions and drive improvements.
- Analyze warehouse operations data to uncover trends and opportunities for process optimization.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols and fostering a safetyfirst workplace culture.
- Act as a key leader in mentoring and developing the warehouse team to align with Scentiment s growing operational needs and future goals.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations inventory management systems and ecommerce distribution.
- Proven leadership and communication skills with a talent for motivating and guiding teams.
- Thrives in a fastpaced environment balancing priorities and meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience working in ecommerce businesses or distribution warehouses is a plus.
- Must be able to reside in a commutable distance to Miami FL (33122)
Schedule:
- Fulltime position with 8hour shifts and 12hour shifts.
- Monday through Saturday (occasional Sundays)
- 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM *We close at 7/7:30PM so you may have to work overtime some days especially during peak season which is now! *

$20.00 $25.00/hour based on experience.
