About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic International Accounting and Tax Manager to lead global accounting operations and oversee international tax compliance. This is a key leadership position focused on aligning our financial practices and tax strategies with international standards and regulations optimizing global operations and providing strategic insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Operations
- Oversee global accounting processes ensuring compliance with international standards.
- Develop and implement robust accounting policies and procedures.
- Streamline and optimize accounting operations across international teams.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
- Stay updated on international accounting standards and implement necessary changes.
Tax Strategy and Compliance
- Develop and execute international tax strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with international tax laws including preparation and review of tax filings.
- Conduct indepth research on international tax legislation and assess its impact on the company.
- Manage tax audits liaise with tax authorities and collaborate with external advisors.
- Provide guidance on tax implications of international operations including transfer pricing and M&A activities.
- Prepare tax provision calculations for financial reporting purposes.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks optimize tax positions and explore taxsaving opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive tax documentation and records.
Collaboration and Strategy
- Partner with finance legal and operations teams to align tax and accounting strategies with business goals.
- Provide strategic tax advice to senior management and support decisionmaking processes.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international accounting and/or international tax roles.
Technical Expertise
- Comprehensive knowledge of international accounting standards (e.g. IFRS) and regulations.
- Indepth understanding of international tax laws compliance and reporting requirements.
- Experience with transfer pricing tax provision calculations and M&A tax implications.
- Proven ability to optimize tax positions and implement taxsaving strategies.
