Job Description
- Applicants with extensive training and experience in a particular field of psychology such as clinical psychology social psychology cognitive psychology developmental psychology or leadership.
- Possess the ability to articulate their comprehension of pertinent ideas research techniques and realworld applications.
- Keep abreast of the most recent findings and advancements in psychology and be able to apply them to their instruction.
- Exhibit originality and distinction in your scholarly research and teaching.
- Provide evidence of having created or being able to create an inclusive equitycentered environment for teaching learning and research.
- Have practical experience in the field of psychology such as clinical practice counseling or research in an appropriate environment.
- The role entails supervising graduate student teaching fellows and offering advice to students.
Requirements
- Have a psychology PhD from a reputable university.
- Possess three years or more of experience teaching fulltime in a related field.
- Possess a broad foundation in a variety of subjects and a deep understanding of the topic to enable participation in educational initiatives.
- Possess a strong understanding of and ability to effectively use experiential learning techniques in all courses including casebased learning (CBL) teambased learning (TBL) projectbased learning (PBL) and actionbased learning (ABL).
- Showcase a solid track record of research achievements or the possibility of future successes (research track).
- possess relevant industry expertise and realworld experience.
- Have an attitude of entrepreneurship.
- Possess a positive outlook and a strong desire to educate others; exhibit distinction and/or promise in research; be adaptable and eager to take on new challenges; be open to trying new things and actively implementing new teaching techniques; be a team player who is willing to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Education and Experience Master's degree from a reputable academic institution. Overseas education in an English-speaking country is prefered but not required. Minimum of 7 years' experience working in a respectable business environment, an international organization, or an academic institution with a track record of accomplishment in the workplace and collaboration with various stakeholders. Good knowledge of methods for engaging with the industry. Possess a large industrial network. strong familiarity with trends in a variety of industrial areas. Experience applying for jobs and internships, as well as providing guidance and mentoring, is advantageous. Knowledge, Skills and Ability Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, networking, and coordinating skills; strong communication abilities. Outstanding communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, both in writing and speaking. A strong focus on results, resilience, effective time management, and the capacity to multitask and work under pressure to fulfill deadlines. Able to deliver excellent account management and services to a broad range of stakeholders, including staff, students, alumni, employers, and college representatives. Have prior experience with a similar CRM system or career management platform is a plus.
