Job Description
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to play a central role in migrating St. Charles Health Systems current video engagement and rewards platforms to a custombuilt solution using Strapi React and Azure cloud services. This developer will be deeply involved in creating an intuitive and efficient platform enabling caregivers to earn points through training videos and redeem rewards in a streamlined experience. The role requires expertise across the stack with a focus on building reliable scalable and maintainable code.
In addition to developing core features the Full Stack Developer will work closely with the team to ensure seamless integration of functionalities contribute to architecture decisions and assist in performance optimization for both the engagement and rewards systems. Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and a collaborative approach are essential as this role involves not only handson coding but also active participation in discussions with the team and the client to bring an impactful and wellrounded solution to life.
