Job Description
- Manage daily stock for installation jobs submit weekly and monthly summary reports raise purchase orders for overseas parts and headquarters to replenish stock.
- Works with technical team to ensure IoT device installation and new installation schedules are met within the timeline.
- Call and follow up with the customers to schedule the installation of Cartrack systems.
- Handle customers enquiries via inbound calls and email correspondences.
- Escalates enquiries or issues to relevant departments and ensure proper followup.
- Manage and process sales agreement.
- Assist with any administrative duties and perform any adhoc duties as and when required.
