Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible to support the global Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) team by handling various administrative tasks data retrieval and analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Extract and consolidate Level 1 OCAP data into standard templates ensuring timely submission to the CQE.
  • Gather initial product investigation data and information assisting CQE in completing comprehensive OCAP reports.
  • Support CQE in executing quality notification (QN) administrative tasks.
  • Generate periodic base SPC/PCS reports based on customer requirements.
  • Assist CQE in data extraction analysis report preparation and project followup.
  • Validate Certificates of Analysis (COA) as needed.
  • Perform other assigned tasks or duties as directed by Customer Quality
    Management.
  • Identify and propose efficiency improvements in quality analyst workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational protocols including safety quality standards (ISO) SOPs and Entegris Quality Operating Systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Science Mathematics Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data extraction analysis and reporting.
  • Additional experience in manufacturing or quality control is a plus.
    Proficiency in data extraction analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment is an
    advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel PowerPoint etc.).
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
  • Basic knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control).
  • Familiarity with general quality systems (e.g. ISO standards).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for crossregional collaboration.
