Job Summary:
Responsible to support the global Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) team by handling various administrative tasks data retrieval and analysis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Extract and consolidate Level 1 OCAP data into standard templates ensuring timely submission to the CQE.
- Gather initial product investigation data and information assisting CQE in completing comprehensive OCAP reports.
- Support CQE in executing quality notification (QN) administrative tasks.
- Generate periodic base SPC/PCS reports based on customer requirements.
- Assist CQE in data extraction analysis report preparation and project followup.
- Validate Certificates of Analysis (COA) as needed.
- Perform other assigned tasks or duties as directed by Customer Quality
Management. - Identify and propose efficiency improvements in quality analyst workflows.
- Ensure compliance with organizational protocols including safety quality standards (ISO) SOPs and Entegris Quality Operating Systems.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Science Mathematics Business or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data extraction analysis and reporting.
- Additional experience in manufacturing or quality control is a plus.
Proficiency in data extraction analysis and reporting. - Experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment is an
advantage. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel PowerPoint etc.).
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Basic knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control).
- Familiarity with general quality systems (e.g. ISO standards).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for crossregional collaboration.
