Job Description: We are actively seeking skilled and experienced Portuguesespeaking Retention Agents to join our team in Cyprus. In this critical role you will leverage your background in customer service to reinforce relationships address concerns and drive customer loyalty. Your expertise will be essential in providing tailored solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Portuguesespeaking customers through various channels (phone email chat) to resolve inquiries and concerns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective solutions that address customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Proven experience in retention with a track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and customer support tools.
