Job description:
Provide the frontline support for enterprise customers By taking the first call from Enterprise client and the mail investigating the issue and solving it.
Breakdown customers complex requests distribute it to other departments
Trouble shooting customers physical and logical problems
Investigating the issue physically and logically solve the issue or raise a case follow up with technician team
Covering other teams at night shifts.
Monitoring different types of transmissions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in communication engineering/ computer science
CCNA & JNCIA certified
CCNP is a plus
01 year of experience
Excellent English Level
