What Youll Do:
As a Lead Installer you will lead and execute highquality bath installations working with industryleading products like Jacuzzi acrylic panels. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing Complete Installations:
- Shower and bath demos.
- Drywall and plywood backer installations.
- Waterproofing and ensuring mold prevention.
- Delivering Excellence in Craftsmanship:
- Accurately cutting and installing acrylic panels.
- Performing light plumbing work and managing caulking and silicone prep.
- Setting up and breaking down job sites efficiently.
- Team Leadership:
- Mentoring and guiding junior installers to ensure projects meet our high standards.
- Maintaining Job Readiness:
- Managing vehicle inventory and ensuring materials are stocked and ready.
What Were Looking For:
Were searching for experienced professionals who are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will:
- Have 3 years of carpentry or bath installation experience.
- Be highly skilled in cutting measuring and power tool operation.
- Thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
- Have a clean driving record and meet DOT physical requirements.
- Be able to lift 75 lbs. or more.
- Be available for MondayFriday schedules with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday with start times around 6:006:30 AM.
- Occasional Saturday work as needed for project completion.
Work Location: Onsite in Bowie MD serving the surrounding region.
