Job Description
Our client a prestigious hospitality and real estate company are looking to recruit a Real Estate Manager in Paphos. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a breathtaking setting surrounded by sea views exceptional sports facilities all within an environment renowned for its high service standards and luxurious amenities.
MustHave:
- 5 years minimum of relevant work experience in a sales management role preferably in Real Estate
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
- Strategic thinker with ability to capitalize on market opportunities
- Fluency in English language both written and oral
- Ability to travel for work purposes
- Driving License
NicetoHave:
- Bachelors degree in business administration Real Estate or related field
- Good knowledge of language (Greek Russian or any other language will be considered as an advantage).
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Approachable with excellent people skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to adapt to changing work demands
