Lead Go Developer
Work format: fully remote fulltime
Salary: up to 7000$ GROSS per month
Cyber Staff is an ambitious IT agency founded and managed by former programmers. We cooperate with the worlds leading technology companies from different industries and provide a variety of services: from custom development to the selection and pointtopoint hiring of the best IT specialists for our clients and their coolest projects.
At the moment we are looking for a Lead Go Developer to work on our partners most interesting fintech project.
Key Responsibilities:
New projects development: design/architecture/development/postrelease support;
Implementation of new features and their integration into the products microservice architecture;
Participation in decisionmaking and discussions of the business logic of the project;
Team management;
Hiring and recruiting developers;
Handson coding (especially at the start).
What We Expect:
5 years of experience with Golang;
Proven experience in fintech;
At least 2 years of experience as a Lead player on the project;
Good knowledge of SQL;
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills;
English B2.
