Job Description: Sales Agent (French Speaking)
Location: Rabat & Knitra Morocco (OnSite)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:0020:00 PT (Weekends Off)
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Frenchspeaking Sales Agents to join our team. You will work across various industries including ISP Banking & Insurance Energy and Travel to drive sales and meet performance targets. This role offers opportunities for growth uncapped bonuses and stability through a permanent contract or entrylevel training options for inexperienced candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in French (mandatory).
- Previous experience in sales is a plus but not required; training provided for entrylevel candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goaloriented and driven by results.
- Available to work onsite in Rabat or Knitra.
Salary & Benefits:
- Bronze Tier (012 months): 4400 MAD base salary uncapped target bonus.
- Silver Tier (1224 months): 4900 MAD base salary uncapped target bonus.
- Gold Tier (24 months): 5400 MAD base salary uncapped target bonus.
- Comprehensive training program provided every Friday before onboarding.
- Contract options: CDI (permanent) or ANAPEC (entrylevel training contract).
Selection Process:
- Initial Screening: Telephone or inperson interview.
- Validation: Assessment by production or client teams.
- Medical Examination: Required for onboarding.
- Onboarding: Weekly training before contract signing and integration into the team.
Additional Information:
- Interviews are conducted in Sal for Rabat profiles and in Knitra for Knitra profiles.
- Only profiles with valid CS reasons (WORK FAMILY REUNIFICATION or EXCEPTIONAL REGULARIZATION) are accepted for nonSenegalese subSaharan nationals.
