We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes and branding. The role requires managing handling recruitment administrative tasks supporting the recruitment and selection process and maintaining candidate records.
Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment processes from sourcing to offer acceptance;
- Active candidate sourcing and publishing on LinkedIn;
- Application system management;
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities;
- Carrying out telephone interviews;
- Facilitate communication between candidates recruitment specialists and HR management and units;
- Participate with the worldwide recruiting team in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates;
- Handle recruitmentrelated queries and provide timely assistance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR BA Psychology Philology or related field is an advantage;
- Ideally 4 years as a Recruiter recruiting for a growing company (Inhouse and/or agency)
- Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors;
- Possess expert networking capabilities and creativity in sourcing;
- Expert partnering and influencing hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle;
- Working knowledge of ATS (WKDY Google Docs)
- Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques.
