Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions via phone email and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help customers with product inquiries order problems and technical issues.
- Find solutions to customer problems and pass on difficult cases to the right team.
- Provide clear and helpful answers to make sure customers are happy.
- Keep records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in German (C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level or higher).
- Good communication and problemsolving skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts including nights and weekends.
- No previous experience required this is a great entrylevel opportunity.
- Must be available to work onsite in Lisbon.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Sunday: 24/7 (rotational shifts including night shifts).
