Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Help customers with product inquiries order issues and technical support.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate more complex issues when needed.
- Provide clear and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and followup.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in German (C2 level) and good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday 08:00 AM 05:00 PM (Portuguese time) including bank holidays.
- Must be available to work onsite in Lisbon.
