Location: Bucharest (Hybrid)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM 06:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Account Manager fluent in Dutch to join our team in Bucharest. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our Dutchspeaking clients providing exceptional service and fostering longterm partnerships. This position follows a hybrid work model offering a mix of remote and inoffice work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Dutchspeaking clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries addressing issues promptly and effectively.
  • Understand clients needs and offer customized solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor client account performance and provide regular updates and insights.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products and services to drive growth.
  • Prepare and present reports proposals and account reviews to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company and client goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with strategic advice.

Requirements:

  • Nativelevel fluency in Dutch (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proven experience in account management client relations or sales roles.
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • A proactive and clientfocused attitude with a drive to achieve business growth.
