About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Trade Desk Support Specialist to provide operational and technical support to our trading team. In this role you will act as a liaison between traders IT and operations ensuring the seamless execution of trades and the resolution of technical and operational issues. Your ability to work under pressure troubleshoot complex problems and maintain a strong understanding of trading systems and financial markets will be critical to success.
Reporting line: Head of Trading
Location: Thailand
Worksite: remote
Monitor and manage trading activity across multiple platforms to
ensure accurate and timely execution of trades.Proactively monitor trading systems and applications to ensure
optimal performance and uptime.Act as a point of contact for brokers clients and internal teams for
traderelated queries and issues.Generate and distribute daily weekly and adhoc reports on trade
performance system metrics and issue resolution.Ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory and internal
policies.Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Computer Science or a related
field.Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
Technical aptitude to understand trading systems and tools.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Fastpaced and dynamic environment requiring to work shifts to support
