About the Role

Reporting line: Corporate Actions Team Lead

Location: Serbia

Worksite: hybrid/remote

Responsibilities

  • Support client security transfer request execution full settlement cycle.

  • Assist EXANTEs Sales department (Account Management team) on various questions and topics related to securities transfers.
  • Take part in different projects and activities that are related to your area of responsibility.
  • Work closely with EXANTEs counterparties and provide relevant support to other EXANTE departments (Reconciliation Middle Office etc.).
  • Analyze report and solve (find a solution) incidents.

  • Working on daily process improvements will be highly appreciated.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the settlement process.
  • Participate in system upgrades and projects related to settlement processes.
  • Ensure all settlement activities comply with relevant regulatory requirement.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of market rules and regulations related to securities settlement.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

Requirements

  • Degree in business or finance

  • Fluent English (other languages will be considered as an advantage)

  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Teamoriented with a proactive approach to resolving issues

  • Service minded attitude

  • Solid knowledge of standard office systems especially Excel and Google Workspace (GSuite)
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems processes and regulatory changes
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently

Considered an advantage

  • Knowledge of financial instruments and different types of securities

  • Knowledge of Bloomberg terminal (or any other trading platform)

  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working

  • Basic SWIFTNet (SWIFT) knowledge
