Job Description
Our client specializes in custom sheet metal work roofing and siding delivering highquality Division 7 construction projects. From small residential structures to largescale commercial endeavors their work spans roofing waterproofing and thermal insulation. They are seeking a skilled and adaptable Project Manager to oversee projects of varying sizes and complexities. This role is vital to ensuring that all phasesfrom planning and execution to completionare handled efficiently while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
As a Project Manager you will balance 23 projects at a time with values ranging from smaller residential builds to commercial projects worth up to $3 million. This position demands a combination of strong organizational abilities and handson expertise to navigate the diverse scope of work.
Responsibilities
- Manage 23 projects simultaneously ensuring ontime and withinbudget delivery.
- Oversee all phases of Division 7 construction projects including roofing waterproofing and thermal insulation.
- Coordinate planning execution and completion processes to meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain close communication with clients subcontractors and onsite teams.
- Address and resolve project challenges with effective solutions.
- Balance the diverse demands of both smallscale and largescale projects.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Division 7 construction with expertise in roofing waterproofing and related systems.
- Demonstrated project management experience including leading multiple projects of varying scopes.
- Field experience with handson construction involvement ("with pouches on").
- Indepth knowledge of industry standards best practices and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective leadership and communication abilities with a focus on collaboration.
