Job Description:
Are you a meticulous and detailoriented professional who thrives on getting things done right the first time Do you have a knack for Lean Manufacturing principles and a passion for driving excellence We are on the hunt for an exceptional InHouse Foreman to lead and elevate our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- * Ensure high standards of quality and attention to detail in all tasks.*
- Coordinate and lead daily meetings to align the team and set the days priorities.
- Manage projects from the ground up demonstrating robust problemsolving skills and effective management.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently particularly within the luxury retail sector to ensure the highest level of service.
- Understand and adapt to the urgency of the job; this is not your typical 95 role.
- Organize and manage time effectively maintaining structured processes and operations.
- Drive business growth and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Perform daytoday duties as a working foreman understanding and addressing specific project details and issues.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure standards are met and continually push for improvements.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5 years of foreman experience preferably in a construction or luxury retail setting.
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage grow and drive the business forward.
- Experience conducting quality checks and ensuring adherence to high standards.

- Benefits: We offer a 50/50 split up to $500 and provide major holidays off.
- 3 sick days and 2 weeks of vacation per year.
