Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Hiring Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing hiringrelated tasks including resume screening interview scheduling and candidate communication. The candidate will also assist in maintaining task cards for hiring and creating job descriptions to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. This position requires a high level of organization strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to the companys Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities:
Hiring and Recruitment Management:
- Manage the overall hiring process from job postings to candidate selection.
- Screen and review resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with potential candidates ensuring timely communication.
- Maintain task cards and track progress throughout the hiring process.
Job Descriptions and Candidate Communication:
- Create and update job descriptions for various roles within the company.
- Communicate effectively with candidates regarding job openings interviews and the next steps in the hiring process.
Interviewing and Candidate Evaluation:
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills experience and cultural fit for the company.
- Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
General Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding and paperwork for new hires.
- Work closely with the HR team to support overall recruitment goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for recruitment and hiring.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hiring Associate or in a similar role.
- Prior hiring experience in Amazon/Ecommerce agencies is preferred.
- Strong ability to adapt to SOPs and company processes.
- Excellent English proficiency and strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- High intellect attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring tasks and candidates efficiently.
- Familiarity with using recruitment tools and platforms.
- Strong ability to build rapport with candidates and maintain a positive experience throughout the process.
