As part of the IT team you will report to the IT Service Manager. You will be responsible for the daily handson support for endusers. The primary responsibility is to partner with internal users at all levels of the organization to resolve IT issues through documented procedures.
This is a nonexempt fulltime onsite position located in their New York Midtown office.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $65000 $75000 annually. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience knowledge skills other jobrelated qualifications and geography.
