Our client is an establisbed MNC with headquarter in Europe. They are looking for a suitable HR and Office Admin Executive reporting to the HR Manager for their office in Petaling Jaya.
General HR & Office Administration
- Administration of HRDC submission and claims on training related matters.
- Generate all HR / Employee documents ( eg: letters filing name cards) in an accurate and timely manner ensuring consistency and professionalism in review with HR Manager.
- Responsible for creating shopping cart in SAP system and perform goods receipt for assigned department.
- Overseeing the office drivers arrangement and scheduling for senior management and visitors and ensure the clealiness of the vehicles.
- Support in hotel bookings for visitors and senior management where needed.
- Administration of company fleet vehicles and lease cars for internal staff by keeping and tracking the movement of these cars including insurance renewal repair and maintenance.
- Responsible for office administration and maintenance (i.e: pantry area office cleanliness furniture and fittings) supervision of cleaners and office repair works where applicable.
- Support in other HR and office administration work and reports from time to time or as instructed.
Expat Administration and Other
- Support HR Manager in the administration of expatriate onboarding process work permit application related matters from time to time.
- Liaise and coordinate with relocation agency on Employee relocation visa renewal etc for international assignee and local foreigners.
- Advocate all company activities create / foster positive relationships in the company
Role Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent.
- At least 2 years operational admin or HR generalist experience.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for people and engagement
- Proactive and resourceful very handson and meticulous
- Independent mature and selfmotivated with a positive attitude to learn.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Wellversed in MS Office (Excel Access Powerpoint etc.)
