Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Service Engineer to join our team. This position combines technical expertise with sales skills focusing on the maintenance troubleshooting and promotion of sublimation and textile printers. The ideal candidate will have experience with digital printers from brands such as Mutoh Mimaki Roland or Epson.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Service and Maintenance:
- Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting repair and preventive maintenance for digital printers (Mutoh Mimaki Roland Epson).
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical electronic and software issues to ensure consistent printer performance.
- Install configure and test new printers to meet operational standards and customer requirements.
Sales and Customer Support:
- Understand customers printing needs and provide tailored recommendations for sublimation and textile printing solutions.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of printers and related equipment to potential and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and support.
Training and Documentation:
- Provide customer training on the operation maintenance and troubleshooting of printers.
- Create educational materials such as user manuals and best practice guides.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities including diagnostics repairs and customer interactions.
Sales Support and Strategy:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities for printing solutions.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and product presentations that highlight the benefits of our printer offerings.
Qualifications:
- 3 Years of Proven experience in troubleshooting repairing and maintaining digital printers specifically Mutoh Mimaki Roland and Epson.
- Strong technical knowledge of printer mechanics electronics and software.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Certifications or training in printer maintenance and troubleshooting are advantageous.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
