Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they board the ship
Assist with checkin and registration process
Provide information and assistance to guests throughout their stay
Coordinate and manage guest activities and events
Utilize multilingual skills to communicate with guests from different countries and cultures
Ensure all guest needs and requests are met in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest areas
Collaborate with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
Fluent in multiple languages (English proficiency required)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work in a fastpaced and everchanging environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents
