German Portuguese or Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisors in Sofia
Location:Sofia Bulgaria
Start Date: 6th January 2025

Are you fluent in German Portuguese or Polish Do you have a passion for helping customers We are looking for dynamic Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Sofia Bulgaria!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via email and chat.
Address customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
What We Offer:
Attractive salary of 2900 BGN x 14 monthly payments.
Work schedule: Monday to Saturday 11:00 AM 8:00 PM (with a onehour lunch break).
Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net paid in addition to your salary.
Bonus for important life events (marriage birth or adoption of a child university graduation) of 500 BGN.

Requirements:
Fluent in German Portuguese or Polish (spoken and written).
Good Command of English

Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
