Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented lead to join our team and support our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes quality control and maintenance management with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fastpaced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to the production plan maintaining smooth and efficient operations.
- Supervise and oversee machine setup ensuring proper functionality and compliance with operational standards.
- Monitor and evaluate production speed yield and overall efficiency.
- Perform ongoing Quality Control checks to maintain product excellence.
- Identify and address potential maintenance issues proactively minimizing downtime.
- Provide guidance to the maintenance team during equipment breakdowns and assist with troubleshooting complex issues including electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Act as a versatile team member filling in for various roles as needed (e.g. during employee absences lunch breaks or vacations).
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with vendors truck drivers and customers fostering positive relationships.
- Adhere to company policies including all rules and regulations ensuring compliance daily.
- Support shipping production and maintenance activities adjusting hours as necessary to meet operational demands.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of production processes and machinery.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues including electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Experience in Quality Control and maintenance planning.
- Strong problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to interact with vendors customers and team members.
- Flexibility to adjust work hours based on production and shipping needs.
- A proactive mindset and a desire for longterm career growth.
