Position: Growth Marketing Manager
Location: London UK or Remote (US or Europe)

About the Role:
As a Growth Marketing Manager you will be responsible for scaling performance programs (paid ads referrals lifecycle email etc.) and leading a growing team of marketing specialists. You will own the marketing operations platforms and build an experimentation framework to optimize customer acquisition and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage performance programs including paid search social media and referrals.
- Build and implement an experimentation framework and roadmap for CRO (conversion rate optimization).
- Create and scale new performance programs potentially around affiliates and partnerships.
- Own lifecycle marketing and marketing operations platforms.
- Lead and grow a team of marketing specialists based on program success and demand.
Requirements:
- 515 years of experience scaling performance channels in fastgrowing startups.
- 2 years of management experience.
- Strong track record of scaling performance programs such as paid search social and media.
- Experience with lifecycle marketing and marketing ops platforms.
- Ability to build experimentation frameworks and datadriven roadmaps for growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to $200000
- Equity: 0.5%
