Job Overview
Role: Client Support Agent
Project: Home Appliances
Languages: Italian (C1/native) and English (B2)
Location: Onsite in Lisbon Portugal
Type of Contract: FixedTerm (6 months)
Key Details
Training Start Date: 15th January 2025
Schedule:
Monday to Saturday rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00.
Sunday and one rotational day off per week.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support for a leading home appliances brand.
- Assist customers with inquiries troubleshooting and service requests.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses via phone email and chat.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Log customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
What Were Looking For
- Languages: Proficient in Italian (C1/native) and English (B2).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problemsolving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 895 EUR gross/month (14 months).
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR/day (1908.72 EUR per annum).
- Transport Allowance: 20 EUR /month (240 EUR per annum).
- Totaling in: EUR per annum
Performance Bonus: 100 EUR per month (12 months) (1200 EUR per annum).
