Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and associated services.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation languages (e.g. Python Bash PowerShell).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI/CD or CircleCI.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform Ansible or GitOps.
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
- Certifications in Oracle Cloud and/or DevOps are a plus.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design deploy and manage OCI resources ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Implement and monitor security measures across cloud environments to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Optimize OCI resources for costefficiency and performance.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment of applications and infrastructure.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools such as Terraform Ansible or GitOps.
- Collaborate with development operations and security teams to streamline processes and improve system reliability.
- Monitor cloud environments for performance availability and security and take proactive measures to address issues.
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices to automate the setup and management of cloud resources.
- Work closely with software developers QA engineers and IT operations to ensure smooth transitions and deployment of new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.
- Stay updated with the latest OCI and DevOps tools trends and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud and DevOps operations.
