GKI is looking for a motivated Online Support / Customer Service Assistant to join our remote team in Brasov. Flexible parttime hours with competitive pay await you.
Tasks
- Respond to online customer queries.
- Provide product information.
- Track and update orders.
- Solve minor customer issues.
- Assist with account updates.
- Ensure professional communication.
- Maintain response deadlines.
Requirements
- Basic English skills.
- High school diploma or higher.
- Must reside in Romania (applications from abroad not accepted).
- Good organizational skills.
- Stable internet connection.
- Customerfocused attitude.
- Ability to work independently.
