Job Description

Experience Required: 3 months

SignOn Bonus: $1000!

Key Facts:

  • Schedule: Out for 12 days home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend.

  • Routes: OTR across all 48 states primarily East of I35 but flexible based on freight availability.

  • Mileage: Averagemiles per week; dependent on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.

  • Freight: All notouch freight.

  • Drop & Hook: 5060% of loads; 4050% live unload.

  • City Restrictions: No forced dispatch into NYC or its boroughs.

Details:

  • Equipment: 2021 Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths.

  • Support: 24/7 operations specialists available.

Payscale Based On Verified Experience:

35 Months $0.57

611 Months $0.58

1223 Months $0.60

29 Years $0.62

10 Years $0.64

Pay & Bonuses:

  • Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the 2nd hour.

  • Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.

  • SignOn Bonus: $500 after the first load $500 at 30 days.

  • Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety mileage and productivity; eligible the first of the month following your hire date.
