Job Responsibilities:
Relationship Manager (RM):
- Handle customer relationships and deliver a delightful banking experience.
- Promote and sell Samruddhi Loan products such as Loan Against Property (LAP) and Business Loans (BL).
- Identify and acquire new clients through market research and networking.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within stipulated timelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Senior Relationship Manager (SRM):
- Oversee the performance of Relationship Managers and guide them to meet sales objectives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to improve product offerings.
- Assist in resolving escalations and customer concerns effectively.
- Ensure compliance with banking norms and internal processes.
Sales Manager (SM):
- Lead the sales team for Samruddhi Loan products in the open market.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive loan disbursements.
- Establish partnerships with channel partners and direct selling agents.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and performance evaluations.
- Manage P&L for the designated region and ensure targets are consistently met.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Experience:
- RM: 1–2 years in sales of financial products.
- SRM: 3–5 years in relationship management or sales.
- SM: 6 years in team management and sales (LAP/BL experience preferred).
Compensation:
- Relationship Manager (RM): Up to 4 LPA
- Senior Relationship Manager (SRM): Up to 5.5 LPA
- Sales Manager (SM): Up to 8 LPA
