Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HandsOn Lead .NET Developer coadding with .NET developers and lead the design development and implementation of enterprisegrade applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in .NET technologies coupled with proven experience in leading development teams and delivering scalable highperformance solutions. The candidate should also have extensive knowledge and experience with React.js ensuring seamless integration between the frontend and backend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect design and oversee the development of complex .NETbased applications and systems.
• Provide technical leadership and handson coding expertise to ensure the delivery of highquality solutions.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and developers to define technical requirements and architectural solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding design patterns and development methodologies.
• Optimize application performance scalability and security through effective design and coding practices.
• Lead code reviews troubleshooting and debugging to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
• Mentor and guide development teams fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement modern solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies contributing to sprint planning backlog grooming and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth integration of React.js components with backend systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 12 years of experience in .NET development including C# ASP.NET and .NET Core.
• Strong experience in architecting and building scalable highperformance applications.
• Extensive knowledge and handson experience with React.js including integration with .NET backend systems.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and experience in cloudnative development.
• Proficiency in database design and development using SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Handson experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in frontend technologies such as Angular or Vue.js in addition to React.js.
• Experience in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with modern authentication methods such as OAuth JWT and SAML.
