Job Description
Responsibilities:
Drive partner initiatives and projects through the entire project lifecycle including
managing project schedules gaining visibility into partner development times finding
ways to accelerate their schedules identifying risks and clearly communicating them to
all project stakeholders.
Consult with partners and internal stakeholders to advise on technical solutions and
strategies to enable strategic client partnership initiatives.
Guarantee the technical aspects of a partners integration (both new and ongoing) by
providing the necessary documentation and technical guidance.
Represent the partners by synthesizing learnings and crafting data into clear and
compelling executive updates and presentations across product engineering and
partnership leadership to help define and shape product direction.
Explore new technical solutions to unlock new Partnership verticals to accelerate
growth with partnerships.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of customerfacing experience and experience with customer technical activities.
Experience coding with a general purpose programming language (ie. Java C/C Python) and data analysis using SQL/MySQL.
Preferred qualifications:
Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to collaborate communicate build consensus deliver and drive technical decisions with various sized partners stakeholder groups.
Excellent technical leadership project management analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills combined with a sense of ownership and a proactive cando attitude.
