Job Title: Agile Coach
Location: Spring Texas (OnSite)

Description:
- Identifying ways Agility can benefit nonIT orgs and coaching Agile mindset and practices to these orgs to enable transparency collaboration and better decisionmaking.
- Enterprise Coaching experience with helping an organization navigate how they are going to win and work through tradeoff decisions.
- Looking for someone with experience with Agile coaching outside of IT to apply Agile principles to a nonIT setting such as R&D.
Responsibilities include:
- Help the Orgs/Programs navigate how theyre going to win and then work through the tradeoffs that come from those decisions
- Focus on Agile Transformation design planning & execution
- Effectively coaches consults mentors teaches facilitates and inspires organizational change.
- Design a unique transformation roadmap and tell you the levers to move most effectively within your organization
- Coach management on agility. Experience coaching Agility in a nonIT environment
- Work as a consultant in projects & Transformation providing various ideas suggestions and strategies related to Agile
- Act a facilitator to enable groups to work cooperatively and effectively
- Encourage buyin from key stakeholders
