About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician L1 to join our team in Santiago Chile. As a Desktop Support Technician L1 you will play a crucial role in providing firstline technical support to our endusers. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues resolving technical problems and ensuring smooth IT operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues such as computer malfunctions printer errors and network connectivity problems.
  • Software Support: Assist users with software installation configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Incident Resolution: Respond to and resolve user incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Remote Support: Provide remote technical assistance to users.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets.
  • User Onboarding: Set up new user accounts and provide initial technical training.



Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Primary Language: Spanish
  • English Language Proficiency: B1 level (intermediate)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows 10 Windows 11)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
  • Experience with remote support tools (e.g. TeamViewer Remote Desktop)
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP DNS DHCP)
  • Familiarity with Active Directory
  • 3 years of experience in a desktop support role

Education
