Position: Lead Software Engineer
Location: Paris France
Remote Working: Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote

Are you a visionary software engineer eager to lead transformative projects in the healthcare space As a Lead Software Engineer in our GenAI Engineering Team youll play a critical role in advancing cuttingedge solutions that harness AI and data insights responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to software engineering teams ensuring effective collaboration and high productivity.
- Enhance development efficiency through modern advancements like genAI.
- Design and develop scalable highperformance applications with a microservices architecture.
- Ensure system observability reliability and scalability while troubleshooting global user issues.
- Collaborate with product teams to define new requirements and innovative designs.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading software engineering teams with a proven record of delivering complex projects.
Adept at mentoring and empowering team members to achieve their potential.
Expertise in software architecture scalable application design and microservices development. - Proficient in technologies like GraphQL Node.js React.js AWS services (Lambda S3 RDS SNS DynamoDB) and genAI tools (e.g. AWS Q ChatGPT).
- Openminded about exploring new technologies and strategies within a microservices framework.
- Strong communicator who fosters collaboration and preserves relationships while challenging ideas constructively.
- Passionate about innovation with a fastlearning mindset and a tenacious approach to problemsolving.
Education
- Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Languages
- Fluency in English.
