We are seeking an experienced International Sales Specialist to take leads forward conduct meetings and convert prospects into longterm clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their IT outsourcing requirements.
- Present our services and capabilities effectively to align with client needs.
- Build strong relationships with prospects to convert them into clients.
- Develop tailored proposals and solutions to address specific client pain points.
- Collaborate with the lead generation team to nurture leads into qualified prospects.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to finalize contracts and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions progress and outcomes in CRM tools.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve services and client engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales preferably in IT outsourcing or related services.
- Proven ability to engage prospects conduct meetings and close deals.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills tailored to the US market.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and establish longterm relationships.
- Ability to understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales platforms is a plus.
Education:
Experience:
- Client conversion: 2 years (Required)
- International market sales closures: 2 years (Required)

Incentive Structure:
In addition to the base salary an incentive of up to 10% of sales will be provided based on performance rewarding successful client acquisitions and deal closures.
NOTE: Candidates with 2 years experience are encouraged to apply. This is a mid level position requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Must have a personal laptop with a reliable internet connection.
