We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with different versions of ServiceNow and a proven track record in ServiceNow upgrades migrations and licensing. As a Product Owner you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the vision for our ServiceNow platform collaborating with various teams and ensuring that our ServiceNow solutions meet the needs of the organization.

- Handson experience with various versions of ServiceNow.
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow upgrades migrations licensing and overall management.
- Proven ability to define product vision create and maintain roadmaps and drive execution.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow data management including Incident Management Problem Management Change Management and CMDB.
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product Teams Engineering Managers and Heads of Technology.
- Ability to identify gaps in ServiceNow features make recommendations and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Dutch language proficiency is a significant plus.
- ServiceNow Certification is preferred.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting dashboards and performance analytics.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Product Ownership best practices.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
