Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with different versions of ServiceNow and a proven track record in ServiceNow upgrades migrations and licensing. As a Product Owner you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the vision for our ServiceNow platform collaborating with various teams and ensuring that our ServiceNow solutions meet the needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vision & Strategy:

    • Define and maintain a cohesive vision for ServiceNow across the organization.
    • Create and manage a product roadmap aligned with business goals and organizational priorities.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

    • Work closely with ServiceNow teams across different operating companies (Opcodes) to align on new features updates and removals.
    • Collaborate with multiple Product Teams Product Owners Engineering Managers and Heads of Technology (HoT) to ensure ServiceNows features meet the needs of the business.
    • Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs translating them into actionable product requirements.
    • Align with stakeholders on ServiceNow dashboards CMDB and data suggesting actionable improvements.
  • ServiceNow Expertise:

    • Work seamlessly with ServiceNow data including Incident Management Problem Management Change Management CMDB etc.
    • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow capabilities and recommend improvements and new features based on organizational needs.
  • Upgrades & Migrations:

    • Oversee and manage ServiceNow upgrades and migrations ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
    • Ensure proper licensing governance and compliance in all ServiceNowrelated activities.
  • Communication & Leadership:

    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and advocate for the product vision at all management levels.
    • Provide leadership in driving the product vision managing stakeholder expectations and delivering highimpact results.


Requirements

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Handson experience with various versions of ServiceNow.
  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow upgrades migrations licensing and overall management.
  • Proven ability to define product vision create and maintain roadmaps and drive execution.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow data management including Incident Management Problem Management Change Management and CMDB.
  • Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product Teams Engineering Managers and Heads of Technology.
  • Ability to identify gaps in ServiceNow features make recommendations and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Dutch language proficiency is a significant plus.
  • ServiceNow Certification is preferred.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow reporting dashboards and performance analytics.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Product Ownership best practices.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

SAP Fiori certification. Hands-on experience with OData model development. Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to dynamic project environments.
