Maintain patient records and update them in the medical practice software.
Provide patients with information on services fees and appointment details.
Handle billing inquiries and process payments.
Facilitate communication between patients and medical staff.
Manage email correspondence and handle administrative paperwork.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare privacy laws.
Assist in managing medical office inventory and supplies.
Perform other administrative duties as required by the healthcare practice.
Has experience in using Eclinical
Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role.
Knowledge of medical terminology procedures and billing practices.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in medical software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management or a related field is a plus.
Has experience in scheduling in a doctors office
