Minimum of 12 weeks (DoD SkillBridge Program)
Open to all transitioning activeduty U.S. service members (officer and enlisted) from any branch with at least 90 days of service remaining. Approval from your unit or command is required.

Ideal Military Background:
If you ve served in any maintenance repair or technical role in the military whether you worked on vehicles aircraft ships or other equipment this opportunity is for you. Veterans with experience in electrical systems hydraulics pneumatic or multicraft mechanical repairs are encouraged to apply. Your ability to troubleshoot under pressure and your handson experience with a variety of mechanical systems will translate perfectly into this role.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be actively transitioning out of the military with eligibility for DoD SkillBridge.
- Military experience with electrical systems or a technical background preferred.
- Proven experience in mechanical and electrical repairs (military or civilian).
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting 1550 lbs.) and work in various environmental conditions.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if needed.
- You ll also need to complete a handson electrical skills test as part of the interview process.
Benefits
Compensation:
You ll start with an expected compensation of $70000 annually plus shift differential with earning potential of $81000 as you level up with FritoLay. As a part of this career track you ll also have opportunities for advancement and fulltime employment with PepsiCo upon completion of the program.
