Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Technical Production Analyst 2 to join our team in Westlake Village United States. In this role you will play a crucial part in optimizing our production processes analyzing data and driving efficiency improvements across our manufacturing operations.
- Analyze production data to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for production processes
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements and costsaving initiatives
- Monitor production schedules and assist in optimizing resource allocation
- Conduct statistical analyses to support decisionmaking in production planning
- Identify and recommend solutions to production bottlenecks and quality issues
- Assist in the development and implementation of new production management systems
- Prepare and present analytical findings to management and stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles
- Stay uptodate with industry best practices and emerging technologies in production analysis
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations Management or related field
- 35 years of experience in technical production analysis or related field
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting techniques
- Experience with production management systems and supply chain management principles
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SAS R or Python
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma Lean)
- Experience with production planning and scheduling
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and operations
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Six Sigma certification preferred
- Manufacturing industry knowledge and experience a plus
