Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Technical Production Analyst 2 to join our team in Westlake Village United States. In this role you will play a crucial part in optimizing our production processes analyzing data and driving efficiency improvements across our manufacturing operations.

  • Analyze production data to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for production processes
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements and costsaving initiatives
  • Monitor production schedules and assist in optimizing resource allocation
  • Conduct statistical analyses to support decisionmaking in production planning
  • Identify and recommend solutions to production bottlenecks and quality issues
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new production management systems
  • Prepare and present analytical findings to management and stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles
  • Stay uptodate with industry best practices and emerging technologies in production analysis

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations Management or related field
  • 35 years of experience in technical production analysis or related field
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting techniques
  • Experience with production management systems and supply chain management principles
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SAS R or Python
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma Lean)
  • Experience with production planning and scheduling
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and operations
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Manufacturing industry knowledge and experience a plus
