Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Time To Shine. You will have an interest to learn more about personal development principles and marketing along with showcasing our programs conducting interviews and recruiting top talent for our organization.

- Experience in recruiting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- A keen eye for identifying top talent
- Experience in the personal development or training industry is a plus
