Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate train and enhance foundational LLM models for ServiceNow scripting languages focusing on improving copilot features for accurate and contextaware automation support.

Conduct regular evaluations and feedback loops to refine LLMbased integrations ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Finetune models using techniques such as Supervised FineTuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) to optimize ServiceNows scripting capabilities including JavaScript Glide Script and advanced querying techniques like Glide Query and Dotwalking.

Develop and implement automated processes using ServiceNows scripting languages (JavaScript Glide Script etc.) leveraging advanced techniques for data manipulation and workflow automation.

Optimize existing scripts and workflows to enhance performance reliability and scalability within the ServiceNow platform.

This is not a ServiceNow admin job but a LLM trainer job in the context of ServiceNow development with a focus on ServiceNow scripting.
Job Requirements:
Tech Skills
-
Minimum of 35 years of handson experience with ServiceNow specifically in developing and implementing custom integrations and applications using ServiceNow APIs.

Strong experience on at least one module other than ITSM like HRSD/ITOM/CSM/ITAM/FSM etc. Any module specific CIS certification will be preferred.

Experience in creating and modifying ServiceNow based technical requirements

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide Script with expertise in advanced querying techniques like Glide Query and Dotwalking.

ServiceNow certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly desirable.
