Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide direct services
Provide procedural services
Communicate appropriately
Medical record documentation will be in compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain participation in Medicare Medicaid and other third party
Management of chronic diseases and commonly encountered outpatient acute medical conditions
Comfort providing above services to individuals with severe/persistent mental illness substance use disorders and housing instability
Requirements:
Active PA License or willing to obtain
BC
DEA
