Patient Demographics: Adults only

Physician in Practice: 1

Duties:

Orders tests & images prescribes and patient care as needed consults.

CT Sims and OTV.

Required Procedures:

Conventional and 3D Radiotherapy

Photon Beam Radiation Therapy Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) External Beam Radiation3DCRT

External Beam RadiationIGRT

External Beam RadiationIMRT

EMR: Epic and Mosaiq

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

OH License or IMLC

BLS

Flu Vaccination

Available for ALL listed dates (preferred)

COVID Vaccination (preferred)
