Job Description
We are looking for an experienced breakfast cook to run the omelet station at a local hotel. This candidate needs to have experience as a cook dealing with breakfast meats especially omelets and have a great personality. Duties include
- Perform basic line cooking duties including set up and execution in a timely fashion.
- Set up station at start of shift.
- Perform advanced protein handling including proper receiving storage preparation and cooking procedures.
- Standard knowledge of meat poultry and seafood production methods.
- Advanced vegetable preparation including cold and hot techniques.
- Create and communicate daily menu additions using existing product.
