We are looking for an experienced breakfast cook to run the omelet station at a local hotel. This candidate needs to have experience as a cook dealing with breakfast meats especially omelets and have a great personality. Duties include
Perform basic line cooking duties including set up and execution in a timely fashion.
Set up station at start of shift.
Perform advanced protein handling including proper receiving storage preparation and cooking procedures.
Standard knowledge of meat poultry and seafood production methods.
Advanced vegetable preparation including cold and hot techniques.
Create and communicate daily menu additions using existing product.
