Head of Maintenance for Premier Gentleman s Club and Additional Properties
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Maintenance to oversee the upkeep and operations of a premier gentleman s club in Tampa as well as four additional properties. If you have expertise in electrical and plumbing along with a handson approach to maintenance this highly competitive role offers an excellent opportunity.
Position Details:
- Title: Head of Maintenance
- Schedule: Fulltime with flexibility to address urgent needs across properties
- Pay: Highly competitive and based on experience with weekly payments
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance repairs and troubleshooting for electrical plumbing and mechanical systems
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance needs across 5 properties ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions
- Respond to emergency repair requests promptly
- Source and manage contractors when specialized repairs are needed
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance activities
- Ensure all properties remain in top condition to meet operational standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in electrical plumbing and general maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve a variety of propertyrelated issues
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Handson approach with the ability to manage multiple properties
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties as needed
