Job Description
Job Purpose
We are currently looking for experienced bar and barista staff to join our team within Nairobi in our fastpaced highquality
Centres. We are proud of our teams packed with diversity in experience strengths and backgrounds. If you love people love the catering and hospitality industry and want to push yourself apply today.
Overall Duties and Responsibilities
o Working as a team to provide excellent customer service at all times
o Preparing and serving drinks and coffees/ teas
o Managing and ordering of stock
o Maintaining cleanliness of bar and serving areas
o Use of Point of Sale machines
Requirements
- The desire to deliver excellent customer service to all
- Must have a friendly and cando attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills able to connect to all levels of staff/ members
- High energy energetic and chatty in a professional manner
- Well presented presentable appearance pleasant maintains eye contact engagement and approachable
- Reliable and able to work over weekends when required
- Previous bar mixologist and/or barista experience preferred
